I’m so excited to share my new concoctions/recipe, Pineapple Crush! It’s delicious and super easy to whip together. I haven’t posted a cocktail in a while. I’m no cook nor did I ever bartend, but I will say I love creating and taking photos of my drinking experiments. After all, that’s what they are, and yummy to drink. Today for our Outdoor Dining series, I wanted to create a refreshing drink, anyone can whip together. This drink can easily be a non-alcoholic beverage for those of you that prefer a virgin Pineapple Crush!.
Delicious, and so refreshing!
Recipe- Pineapple Crush
- Vodka of choice
- Cut/Diced Pineapples
- Pretty Glass
- Fun Paper Straw (I have dozens)
- Top of the Pineapple
- San Pellegrino Mineral Water
- Crushed Ice
Add vodka and San Pellegrino, cut pineapples and the crushed ice together and shake. Using a pretty paper straw stir it up and pour into a glass. Pineapples naturally sweeten the drink, so this was even better. You can always taste and pour to get the taste you want. I’m a sweet drinker, so I have to taste the pineapples in my drink. To garnish my cocktail I cut and froze the top of the pineapple and when I was ready to pour my drink I placed it inside my glass to keep my drink nice and cold. Cheers!!!
Would you try it?
A closer look, can you see what’s lurking in the background? My pineapple float and my loves Watermelon Float. It’s so much fun being an adult, you get to play and drink!. 🙂
